We are registered providers for all major Australian health funds, including Bupa, Medibank, HCF, NIB, AHM, and Teachers Health. As long as your “Extras” cover includes Acupuncture, you are eligible for a rebate.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. As AHPRA-registered primary healthcare practitioners, you do not need a referral from a doctor to see us. However, we are happy to communicate with your GP or Specialist if your care requires an integrated approach.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value your time and ours. We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients on our waiting list.
